My Present My name is Robert Faust, and I work as a Staff Accountant at Northrop & Johnson’s Fort Lauderdale office. I’m part of a seven-person accounting team responsible for facilitating the accounting requirements for each office worldwide. Since joining in 2014, I’ve witnessed N&J go through tremendous growth to become a worldwide leader in yacht and charter brokerage, charter management, and crew placement.
My Past Before joining Northrop & Johnson, I worked as a crew placement associate (think staffing, but for yachts) with The Crew Network, a division of Fraser Yachts. While there, I learned a great deal about yacht crew and the yachting industry. Although I enjoyed matching crew and yachts, I decided to change careers and went back to school (FAU) to obtain my accounting degree and naturally found myself back in the yachting industry at N&J.
My Future Every day is a new opportunity to grow and learn something new. I strive to do my best every day and continue to learn as much as I can and grow in our accounting team.
