Coated with a visible, shimmering diamond-weave carbon body, the CCXR Trevita’s unique white exterior shines like millions of diamonds when the sun hits the car. It’s not likely that this stunning visual effect ever will be produced again, ensuring the exclusivity of the vehicle. Prior to the Trevita, car manufacturers only had access to traditional black carbon fibers. Koenigsegg developed an exclusive coated fiber solution for the Trevita program that transformed the fibers from black into a sparkling, silvery white.
The car features mind-blowing power thanks to a 4.8l V8 engine, DOHC, four valves per cylinder, twin superchargers, 1,018bhp and 1,080Nm of torque. The Trevita has a unique double-carbon rear wing, inconell exhaust system, carbon ceramic brakes with ABS, airbags, paddle-shift, chrono instrument cluster, infotainment system, tire monitoring system and a hydraulic lifting system.
The CCXR Trevita can accelerate from zero to 62mph in 2.9 seconds; it’s capable of reaching a top speed of 254mph. Only two models of the CCXR Trevita were made. It is considered one of the most, if not the most, expensive car in the world.
