Northrop & Johnson announces the sale of the 75-foot (22.91m) Washburn & Doughty motor yacht KITTIWAKE by Yacht Broker Brian Commette, who represented both the buyer and seller.
Launched in 2002, KITTIWAKE is well suited for family cruising. She has unusual capacity for a variety of tenders and toys as well as sought-after amenities. KITTIWAKE is easily run by an owner-operator but also can be manned by crew if required. The yacht has an impressive range of 6,000 nautical miles. She is well suited for long-range cruising and provides safety and stability at sea thanks to her robust construction, which exceeds ABS requirements. She offers a smooth and quiet ride, ensuring comfort for guests. KITTIWAKE presents in impressive condition thanks to a rigorous maintenance program that has been observed since her launch. The yacht has a seven-foot (2.13m) draft and a beam of 20 feet (6.1m).
The yacht is outfitted with an all-climate HVAC system and the built-in redundancies of all major systems aboard promise world-cruising with ease. To make exploration even easier, the boat deck can accommodate two 20’ tenders that could be deployed to take guests anywhere they want to visit.
