98-foot (29.9m) BERADA Sold

Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the sale of the 98-foot (29.9m) motor yacht BERADA by Yacht Broker Michael Geraghty, acting on behalf of the buyer. The yacht was last asking $2,594,000.

Built by MCY Yachts in 2007, BERADA is an exceptional motor yacht whose Brazilian influence is found throughout. She features extraordinary craftsmanship as well as an open, family-oriented layout. The yachts twin Caterpillar C32 1652hp engines allow her to reach a top speed of 21 knots and have a cruising speed of 18 knots.

BERADA has a 22-foot (6.7m) beam that gives her an exceptionally spacious interior. The yacht’s interior showcases casual elegance with a welcoming ambiance. The space is adorned with satin-finished Maple wood, light-colored fabrics and brightly colored accents. BERADA’s main salon effortlessly flows to the main deck aft via sliding glass doors to create one voluminous space that is perfect for entertaining.

On the yacht’s main deck aft is a charming space for alfresco dining. A few steps down is a sizable cockpit for fishing and other water activities. BERADA’s flybridge is another great area to gather socially. It features a Jacuzzi, seating and a wet bar with a grill. Motor yacht BERADA can accommodate 12 guests in five staterooms for 10 guests in four staterooms and three to four crewmembers in two crew cabins. In lieu of a country-style galley, the yacht’s central galley layout allows for the master stateroom to be privately located on the main deck. The additional staterooms are all located on the lower deck centered around a large foyer. Each stateroom has almost seven feet of headroom, a settee and a large en-suite bath.
