SKY'S LIMIT SOLD IN-HOUSE

Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the sale of the 52-foot (16.12m) SKY’S LIMIT by Northrop & Johnson Sales Broker Sébastien Clavé, who acted on behalf of the buyer and the seller. SKY’S LIMIT is the third Riva Rivale sold in 2019 by Sales Broker Sébastien Clavé in an in-house deal.

SKY’S LIMIT is an exceptional Riva Rivale that was built in 2004. The yacht received an extensive refit in 2013, which gave the yacht with more space both inside and out by removing the mast. This change created more space in the cockpit. Additionally, during the refit, the yacht’s staterooms were reconfigured to allow for more guests.

The luxury yacht’s outdoor living space is ideal for hosting friends or cruising with the family by providing ample space to relish time on the water. Showcasing a settee with a removable table SKY’S LIMIT’s cockpit is perfect for alfresco dining with the cruising destination as the backdrop. The cockpit is also a sunbather’s dream with a large sunpad aft. The yacht also features an electronic-opening tender garage that houses a Williams 285 waterjet tender.

SKY’S LIMIT has a charming interior with a welcoming ambiance. The space showcases a comfortable main salon that features a convertible table with plush seating. Additionally, the luxury yacht has a well-equipped galley.

The motor yacht’s accommodations make her perfect for weekend trips. The yacht provides accommodations for up to 10 guests in three staterooms. SKY’S LIMIT showcases a lovely forward master stateroom with an en-suite bath. The guest staterooms include two twin-bed staterooms with Pullmans. Allowing for additional overnight guests, this Riva motor yacht also has a sofa in the main salon that can be converted into a bed.
