TIME FOR US 151-foot (45.9m) Delta Sold

Northrop & Johnson is proud to announce the sale of the 151-foot (45.9 m) custom Delta luxury motor yacht TIME FOR US by yacht brokers Kevin Merrigan and Kristen Klein, acting on behalf of the buyer. The last listing price for TIME FOR US was $18.5 million.

Launched in 2011, the yacht has a GRP hull and superstructure. Her 30-foot, 10-inch (9.4 m) beam provides spacious interiors and her draft of nine feet (2.66m) and three beautiful teak decks offer her guests the best of on-water living.

The new owners of TIME FOR US are renaming her PISCES.

On-deck, PISCES features a sumptuous spa pool with a swim-up bar flanked by sunpads and a large, covered, alfresco lounge complemented by an outdoor TV. The bridge deck’s main draw is its beautiful outdoor dining area, boasting a magnificent round dining table. Comfortable lounge seating further aft invites guests to sit, relax, and enjoy this gracious outdoor space.

PISCES is designed to welcome up to ten guests in five staterooms, including an owner’s suite, three double staterooms, and one twin stateroom. She also features an interior elevator, providing guests with easy access to all of the yacht’s living and entertaining areas.  In addition, PISCES is outfitted with Zero Speed stabilization to ensure comfort and stability.

While Pisces is exceptionally appointed and has been very well maintained, the new owners have commissioned a comprehensive refit of her deck and interior spaces to be completed by award-winning yacht interior designers, Bonville Associates. The refit will take full advantage of the yacht’s large windows, spacious interior and on-deck entertainment areas. It will also include enhancement and upgrade of all audio-visual equipment and Internet and the addition of more toys and enhanced guest-favorite features to entice charter guests. The exterior of PISCES will be transformed by extensive refinishing and painting.

PISCES will be available for charter later this year in the Caribbean.
