The 157-foot (47.85m) TOP FIVE is now for charter with Northrop & Johnson. The luxury charter yacht will charter in The Bahamas, the Caribbean, Florida and New England year-round. Charters start at $180,000 per week, plus expenses.
Built by Christensen in 2005, TOP FIVE offers guests voluminous living spaces and luxurious amenities, ensuring they have an extraordinary charter holiday. TOP FIVE has been maintained in pristine condition receiving a refit in 2009. An upcoming 2021 refit will have her looking spectacular and better than ever with new interior and exterior soft goods.
TOP FIVE has a spacious new interior that will showcase a chic modern styling with a touch of sensual glam. Throughout the yacht, there will be an inviting color palette of eggplant, black, crème, gold and deep royal greens complemented by rich woodwork and avant-garde artwork. For added guest comfort and convenience, TOP FIVE has an elevator servicing all four decks. All living spaces remain private as the crew can traverse the boat on the exterior decks, leaving guests uninterrupted with crew activity.
Charter yacht TOP FIVE welcomes up to 12 guests in the superior comfort of six plush staterooms. Providing extra privacy, the yacht’s full-beam master stateroom is located on the main deck. The suite is a true oasis featuring a king-size bed, lovely lighted vanity and his-and-hers en-suite baths with an oversized Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower that conjoins the two spaces. Six large hull windows allow for stunning views and natural light as you enjoy the amazing places TOP FIVE will take you. In addition, the stateroom has a private en-suite office with a desk and sofa. TOP FIVE’s additional staterooms include a full-beam king VIP with a Jacuzzi tub and large shower, two king-bed staterooms and two double-bed staterooms with a Pullman option for kids. An en-suite bath and entertainment center including Xboxes and TVs accompany all staterooms.
Charter yacht TOP FIVE offers an impressive selection of new water toys and loungers that will have guests spending hours having fun in the sun. She features a Sensational waterslide from the sundeck, rock climbing wall, SeaBobs as well as many others. Additionally, the superyacht has a brand-new 2020 39-foot Invincible tender with a fishing tower and gyro stabilizer. The fabulous crew will use this tender to take charter guests on many adventures that will create lifelong memories.
The exterior living spaces aboard TOP FIVE allow guests to enjoy the best of the alfresco lifestyle. Her expansive sundeck is the hub of the yacht allowing guests, to socialize, sunbathe, soak in the Jacuzzi and enjoy drinks from the large bar with nine bar stools, all while enjoying 360-degree sea views. For those who would like to fit in a workout, there is a treadmill and elliptical on the sundeck, which provide a view like no other while breaking a sweat. On the skylounge aft are sun loungers for sunbathing and alfresco dining.
