Belvedere Classic Martini

Ingredients
2oz / 60ml Belvedere Vodka
0.25oz / 7ml French
Fortified Wine
Method
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir over ice until very cold. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a pink grapefruit twist.

Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège Cocktail French 75

Ingredients
1.5oz Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège Cognac
0.5oz Simple Syrup
0.75oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Top with Moët & Chandon Champagne
Garnish: Lemon Twist
Glass: Flute
Method
Build in a flute, top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
