Four Seasons’ first yacht, Four Seasons I, sets sail in 2026 on a collection of extraordinary voyages through the Caribbean and the Mediterranean. In anticipation of the inaugural season, Four Seasons Yachts has unveiled 11 restaurant and bar concepts aboard the sleek, 14-deck vessel, ranging from two chic poolside retreats to an elegant omakase experience and even an intimate cigar lounge.

Curated by acclaimed chefs, mixologists, and sommeliers, menus at each concept will spotlight seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. This might include lobster freshly harvested by local fishermen during a stop in Barbados. Delicacies flavored with herbs gathered in a Sicilian garden. Wines sourced from both iconic chateaux and hard-to-access vineyards.

“Each offering has been thoughtfully designed to create a highly personalized experience, building on the success of our more than 600 restaurants and bars around the world, while introducing something entirely new,” says Alejandro Reynal, President and Chief Executive Officer for Four Seasons.

The Restaurants

At Terrasse, guests can savor Mediterranean flavors prepared with exceptional showmanship in the restaurant’s open kitchen. Nearby, Pistachio beckons with a robust program of handcrafted coffees, artisanal teas, and French pastries.

Afternoons spent poolside are paired with chic DJ beats, Adriatic wines, and Levantine mezzes at Horizon Lounge, while Bar Piscine marries coastal ceviches, crisp salads, and other classic Mediterranean fare with refreshing cocktails.

At Miuna’s Hinoki wood counter, guests can settle in for an unforgettable omakase experience spotlighting fish flown in from legendary markets in Japan and Hawaii. At Sedna, the pinnacle of the yacht’s culinary offerings, multi-course meals draw inspiration from the season and the voyage itself, often developed or informed by guest chefs from Four Seasons’ most decorated properties.

The Bars & Lounges

In addition to extraordinary dining, Four Seasons Yachts has also unveiled several bars and lounges aboard its inaugural vessel. Envisioned as the yacht’s “living room,” the Salon encourages guests to unwind between activities while enjoying all-day service and an elegant afternoon tea experience.

As the sun sets, Champagne & Caviar will tempt you with rare vintages and sustainably sourced caviar. For a dose of retro glamour, there’s Bar O, a nod to the golden age of mixology with flawless classic cocktails and spirits aged in custom barrels beneath the sea.

The intimate, Moroccan-inspired Cigar Lounge is the perfect spot for a nightcap, with its head-spinning selection of rare spirits, smokes, and chocolates. Finally, Marina Bar is the ultimate retreat on days when the captain opens its fold-out platforms, bringing you closer to the waterline.

Service That Goes Beyond

The 95-suite yacht offers a staff-to-guest ratio of 1 to 1, affording travelers an unmatched level of hospitality and attention often exclusive to private charters. This extends to service at each of the yacht’s lounges and restaurants, where seasoned staff strives to elevate every experience with thoughtful touches—whether it’s a surprise anniversary dinner prepared in your suite or a late-night whiskey and chocolate pairing.

“In my entire hospitality career, I’ve never encountered this blend of talent, guest intimacy and creative freedom,” notes Lorenzo Davidoiu, Vice President of Hospitality for Four Seasons Yachts.
