Northrop & Johnson boasted an excellent presence once again during this year’s show with the 142-foot Christensen LADY BEE on location in Nelson’s Dockyard for inspection. During the show, Northrop & Johnson charter managers Shawn Laird and Amy Wachmann invited an exclusive list of top industry brokers to extremely well attended and successful lunches on board LADY BEE.
Also at the show this year were Northrop & Johnson charter brokers Bianca Nestor, Ann Landry, Fiona Maureso, Carolyn Titus, Missy Johnston Sytske Kimman and new addition to the Northrop & Johnson team, Brian Lucey from the recently opened Los Angeles office. The Northrop & Johnson brokers inspected all of the yachts in attendance to gain knowledge in order to help craft the perfect holidays for their clients.
Unlike the 2013 Antigua Charter Yacht Show, which was water-logged and rainy, the 2014 show played perfect host, offering attendees full days of Caribbean sunshine. Each day of the show was jam packed with events from informational seminars to chef competitions, captains’ dinners and yacht hops to crew parties and more. All in all, the 2014 Antigua Charter Yacht show was a smashing success and hopefully has set the tone for a busy 2014-2015 winter charter season in the Caribbean.
