Listed for sale with Yacht Brokers Sean Doyle, Wes Sanford and Mike Finnegan, she is asking $32,750,000. Built in 2020, EIV fuses technical sophistication, bold styling, and exceptional onboard amenities.

Constructed by Rossinavi shipyard, EIV was engineered with luxury and livability at the forefront. Her shallow 7’6” (2.29m) draft makes her ideally suited for accessing shallow cruising grounds such as The Bahamas and she completed her five-year class survey, now offered in immaculate condition.

Her layout has been thoughtfully configured to maximize guest comfort and flexibility, with five staterooms for 11 guests and accommodations for nine crew, including a captain’s cabin on the bridge deck. An elevator with backlit onyx floor serves the main deck, skylounge and guest stateroom levels. The full-beam owner’s suite is located forward on the main deck and features a private office with a massage chair, four temperature-controlled wine cabinets, and direct access to a private balcony via twin hydraulic stainless-steel doors. A his-and-her bathroom is finished in backlit onyx with a central rain shower and individual WCs to port and starboard.

Below deck, two twin cabins with convertible berths and two aft VIP staterooms—designed to join into one full-beam suite—deliver outstanding guest flexibility. All cabins feature marble-clad ensuites, integrated Crestron automation, Kaleidescape media systems, and motorized TV lifts.

On the bridge deck, the skylounge has been optimized for entertainment, with a full wet bar, drop-down cinema projector, 110” screen, and access to a covered dining area aft with seating for 12. The sundeck continues EIV’s commitment to onboard wellness with a custom glass-front resistance pool (fresh or saltwater) complete with a retractable sunroof, waterfall, integrated Jacuzzi seating, and shaded lounging areas. Forward on the bow, guests will find a second glass-sided Jacuzzi with wraparound sunpads and panoramic views. A third water feature, the cold plunge pool in the beach club, rounds out the yacht’s impressive spa-style amenities.

The aft beach club is exceptionally well-appointed, with teak and holly flooring, marble detailing, a hammam steam room, full bar, dayhead, aromatherapy shower, and access to the tender garage. The garage can house a large tender (currently a William’s jet boat with GOST tracking) or be configured to suit the next owner’s requirements. The yacht also features a fully integrated AV/IT network, including Apple TV, Roku, DirectTV, and Sonos, all centrally controlled via Videoworks Crestron systems on iPads located throughout.

In 2024, EIV underwent a comprehensive refresh: all interior carpets in the master, main salon, and cinema were replaced, along with new exterior deck cushions, covers, and throw pillows throughout. Her technical systems have been rigorously maintained, and she shows in truly turnkey condition.
