The 112-foot (34m) Moonen yacht XANADU has received a $1M price reduction. The yacht, which is for sale with Northrop & Johnson Yacht Broker and Asia Director Josh Lee, is now priced at $4,750,000.

XANADU was built in 1997, but she underwent a comprehensive refit in 2022, which was completed to the highest standards. This refit included a complete overhaul, new teak decks, and upgraded systems. The updated interior and functional layout of the yacht makes her perfect for sophisticated entertainment, socializing, and dining.
