SUMMER PLACE is a custom yacht launched in 1963 by well-known builder Vic Franck. The motor yacht showcases classic lines designed by William Garden. This yacht was built for an owner-operator and is easily managed by two people. Superb amenities make this yacht an ideal coastal cruiser for enjoying time with family and friends.

The motor yacht features a timeless interior adorned with nautical appointments and varnished teak. SUMMER PLACE’s main salon is a warm and inviting space with ample seating for relaxing and socializing. The seating area easily converts into the dining area with a coffee table that raises to dining height. Forward of the main salon is a quaint galley, ideal for prepping meals. A few steps up is the pilothouse that offers great visibility while underway and a comfortable seating area.

SUMMER PLACE offers accommodations for up to eight guests. The yacht has two guest cabins and is able to accommodate guests in the main salon and pilothouse. The motor yacht’s master cabin has two single beds, an adjoining bathroom and ample storage in a hanging locker and drawers. The other cabin aboard SUMMER PLACE is a forward V-berth cabin with bunked beds. A bathroom is located just aft of the guest cabin.

Motor yacht SUMMER PLACE has comfortable living areas on deck. The main deck aft is a spacious area perfect for relaxing and hanging out while taking in the cruising destination’s views. On the open flybridge is ample seating more impressive views of the cruising destination.

In the past five years, SUMMER PLACE has received new bottom fastenings, new teak decking on the foredeck, new windows and new soft goods. The yacht also had her hull and bottom taken down to bare wood and completely repainted, with Imron used on the hull sides.
