The 120’ (36.58m) Danube Marine GRANDEUR is now asking $3,495,000 after a $500,000 price reduction. The yacht is listed for sale with Yacht Brokers Kristen Klein and Kevin Merrigan.
GRANDEUR was meticulously crafted at the Saal/Donau shipyard in 2005. Her exterior, courtesy of Mulder Design, exudes sophistication and style. Renowned for her impressive speed, remarkable efficiency, planing hull and shallow draft, GRANDEUR is also revered for her exceptional seakeeping capabilities. In a recent upgrade, she received a custom-built hardtop in 2022.
GRANDEUR’s sprawling main deck aft is adorned with a built-in settee, dining table and loose chairs. This area, sheltered by the bridge deck above, serves as a gateway to the flybridge and crew quarters. Twin staircases lead down to the swim platform, featuring a convenient garage.
Beyond the electric sliding doors on the main deck aft lies the expansive full-beam main salon. Boasting over 7.5 feet of headroom and expansive windows, this space offers a generous seating arrangement that facilitates lively entertainment, complemented by granite floors, a well-appointed bar area to starboard and a dining section with a circular glass table forward. There is a sliding privacy wall adorned with intricate wood patterns and a custom chandelier completes the dining area. A seahorse-etched glass doorway to starboard of the main salon leads to a companionway.
GRANDEUR offers accommodations for up to eight guests across four cabins, with a crew capacity of five or six. The owner’s stateroom, located on the main deck forward in a split-level configuration, features a luxurious king-size bed. A staircase descends to a private dressing area boasting ample closet space, followed by an opulent en-suite bath complete with a tub, shower, and his and hers sinks. For guests, access is amidship via a staircase leading to a VIP queen cabin, another queen cabin, and a twin cabin, all featuring en-suite facilities for utmost comfort. The crew quarters, positioned aft, encompass a double captain’s cabin and two bunk rooms with over/under berths, each with its own facilities. A dedicated crew mess with dining amenities ensures the crew’s comfort and privacy.
Ascending to the pilothouse via teak steps from the starboard companionway, guests are greeted by expansive windows and a built-in settee, offering a comfortable cruising experience. The flybridge beckons with its driving station, L-shaped sofa, bar, dining table, and a Jacuzzi. A secondary garage located aft on the flybridge offers versatility, with space to store two Jet Skis or the ability to transform into a movie screen or sun-lounging area as desired.
