Northrop & Johnson is proud to announce the sale of the 71′ (21.64m) President 665 motor yacht SOTITO by Yacht Broker Elizabeth Swain. The yacht’s last asking price was $369,000.
Launched in 1996, this fiberglass motor yacht is perfect for long-range cruising and long-term spacious liveaboard with the ability to owner operate. She has a four-foot, three-inch draft and a 17-foot, two-inch beam. SOTITO is well-maintained and benefitted from multiple upgrades and updates since its launch.
The interior of the SOTITO is spacious, bright and welcoming. Her main salon flows into her galley, with updated modern stainless steel appliances and upgraded countertops to allow line of sight and easy conversation from one area to the next. The amount of storage and access to mechanical spaces ensure a perfect liveaboard platform for long-range cruising. The yacht’s four-helm layout options offer exceptional maneuverability.
The new owner will enjoy seven feet of headroom throughout the yacht, even in the three guests’ accommodations, which welcome up to six. The owner’s stateroom is aft with a king-size centerline bed. This stateroom had access to the engine room and a private entrance to the aft cockpit. Two guest staterooms forward are forward. One stateroom offers a centerline queen berth, and the second has mirrored twin beds. Both guest cabins have vanity desks and share a head with a separate shower.
SOTITO’s exterior is classic, with elegant lines and many exterior lounging options. Her aft deck is large enough for a gathering or seated dining with up to 10 guests. Down four steps is the aft cockpit, featuring private access to the owner’s stateroom and a wing helm station. The furthest aft is the expanded swim platform, which provides abundant space. The flybridge can be fully enclosed for a climate-controlled environment. The newly upgraded aft sundeck is perfect for a private place to relax. There is also an additional aft helm station positioned on the sundeck. The foredeck has access to anchorage equipment and has a beautiful sunpad.
