ALEXUS NOW FOR SALE WITH NORTHROP & JOHNSON

The 54-foot (16.46m) ALEXUS is now for sale with Northrop & Johnson Sales Broker Jim Elliott; she is asking $435,000.

Built by Moody in 2001, ALEXUS is an outstanding offshore performance cruiser that can easily be sailed shorthanded. The yacht is in excellent condition having been professionally maintained throughout her life. In 2018, her mast/boom/spinnaker pole was pulled inspected and painted.  Additionally, her standing rigging was also inspected, and her hull was waxed, and her bottom was painted.

ALEXUS showcases a contemporary, yet timeless interior with a welcoming ambiance. She features accommodations for seven guests in four well-appointed staterooms, which include master suite with a queen-size bed, a VIP queen-bed stateroom, a bunked stateroom and a single berth pass-through stateroom.

Assisting in foul weather the yacht’s mid-ship cockpit has a windshield and hardtop, the entire cockpit can be enclosed. Additionally, all the yacht’s halyards lead to the cockpit and she features two power winches to handle the jib and staysail sheets.
