Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the sale of the 220’ (67m) ANNA 1 with Yacht Brokers Richard Callender and James Munn, representing the buyer. The superyacht was last asking €53,900,000.
ANNA 1 showcases an exceptional blend of classic elegance and modern luxury. The yacht features an impressive build quality from the pedigree shipyard Feadship, renowned De Voogt Naval Architecture and interior and exterior design by Michael Leach. The superyacht was launched in 2007 and received her latest refit in 2021.
The superyacht’s interior is sophisticated and refined adorned with polished burr elm and flame mahogany wood to create a warm and inviting ambiance. ANNA 1’s main salon is an ideal space for socializing and relaxing with ample seating and a bar. When the sun sets, the Feadship yacht’s main salon is easily transformed into a disco with a dance floor, lights, a smoke machine and a DJ mixing table. The superyacht showcases a double-height, split-level master suite with a stunning Brazilian mahogany four-poster bed, an office and a lavish en-suite. Stairs lead up to a private lounge and access to private foredeck seating. On the upper deck, the Feadship yacht features a VIP suite with large windows and an en-suite bath. Furthermore, on the lower deck are two double-bed staterooms and two twin-bed staterooms — each with a Pullman and en-suite baths.
The exterior decks aboard Feadship yacht ANNA 1 offer options for alfresco dining, lounging and sunbathing. The sundeck is a showpiece with ample seating, a Jacuzzi, sunpads, sun loungers, a midships gym and a spa complete with a massage room and Hamman. ANNA 1 has a private helipad for an EC 135.
