KAJAK 132’ (40m) Horizon Donated to International SeaKeepers Society

Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce the donation of the 132’ (40m) Horizon Yacht KAJAK, represented by Yacht Brokers Wes Sanford and Ed Dickinson. The yacht has been generously donated to The International SeaKeepers Society and will be on display near the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show at Las Olas Marina, Dock A. Now available under a three-year lease with the option to purchase through SeaKeepers, KAJAK presents an exceptional opportunity for prospective buyers looking for a luxury yacht in top condition.

Built in 2008 and refitted in 2022, KAJAK has been meticulously maintained, offering turn-key readiness for her new owner. The recent refit included significant updates, such as a 15-year DNV class survey, new bottom paint, the replacement of 19 through-hull valves, new AC chillers, new headliners, underwater lights, and a new port generator. These upgrades ensure KAJAK is not only seaworthy but provides the utmost comfort and reliability for extended cruising.

Designed by Juan Carlos Espinosa, the yacht boasts a stunning high-gloss cherry wood interior with marble, onyx, and granite accents. KAJAK accommodates up to 10 guests in five luxurious staterooms, including two full-beam master cabins—one on the main deck and one on the bridge deck—along with a king-size VIP, queen, and twin staterooms. Each stateroom is elegantly designed, providing the perfect blend of comfort and style for her guests.

Outdoor living spaces aboard KAJAK are equally impressive. The expansive sundeck is a prime spot for relaxation, featuring a Jacuzzi, sunpads, a wet bar, a BBQ, and a shaded alfresco dining area. Guests can also enjoy a dayhead and shower on the sundeck, making it an ideal spot for entertaining or simply unwinding. The large swim platform and garage provide easy access to the water and room for storing water toys.

Equipped with twin Caterpillar C32 engines, zero-speed stabilizers, twin 80KW Onan generators, and two 1800 GPD watermakers, KAJAK delivers a smooth, reliable performance whether at anchor or underway. Her commercial-grade galley, spacious aft deck, and extensive mechanical updates make her a fantastic choice for an owner seeking a yacht that’s ready for immediate use.
