The 76’ (23.16m) CNB KESTREL is now for sale with Yacht Broker Ann Avery. The luxury sailing yacht, built in 2020, is asking €2,900,000.
The CNB Shipyard was nominated for its CNB 76 as Best Sailing Yacht under 40 meters at the 2017 International Yacht & Aviation Awards. KESTREL, as one of this lineage, is excellent for both performance ocean-going cruising and coastal sailing. Given KESTREL’s performance attributes, her under-10 ft draft is a bonus for coastal cruising. The cutter rig, with a modern carbon mast and Park Avenue boom plus five sails, equips this yacht for various types of weather conditions. The sailing yacht’s exterior lines are sleek, gracefully incorporating the raised saloon.
KESTREL’s on-deck cockpit is complete with twin helms aft and spacious settees forward. With a portside dining table that can convert to a lounging day bed, shaded under a Bimini, guests will enjoy time spent alfresco while onboard. KESTREL’s interior styling is very contemporary, with a monochromatic interior, lots of light and punctuation of color and texture. Flexibility is a huge asset. In the saloon, the dining table can lower and swivel to convert into two separate cocktail tables. On the other side, a navigation station faces aft, while two large chairs constitute the lounge area. It can be configured with the two chairs facing each other, with or without a small table that hinges up from the outboard wall. Those chairs can be swiveled to face the center of the room, becoming a sofa facing inboard toward the dining area so guests can connect using the entire soon.
Six guests are welcome onboard in three cabins. The full-beam master cabin is forward, featuring a forward-facing centerline queen bed. The VIP is to port with a convertible double bed or twin beds arrangement. To starboard is a cabin with bunk beds. Ensuite bathrooms accompany each stateroom.
Aft of the raised saloon, down a few steps, is a large galley/crew mess to starboard and on the other side is a very spacious captain’s cabin with an ensuite head for two crew. Living is at its finest with the usual amenities offered on this popular modern sailing yacht. The engine room is in the center of the boat. An aft garage houses the tender and the opening transom provides good access to and from the water or tender when deployed.
