Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce a $100,000 price reduction for the 82′ (25.75m) Lowland motor yacht BRAVEHEART 2, listed for sale with Yacht Broker Martin Holmes. She is now asking $699,000.
Built in Holland in 1987 by Neth Ships Lowland Yachts BV and designed by naval architect Pieter Beeldsnijer, BRAVEHEART 2 is an excellent example of the Lowland 80 Motor Yacht. She showcases classic craftsmanship and all-welded aluminum construction with a single hull, double bottom, and twin-screw propulsion supported by Wesmar hydraulic fin stabilizers.
BRAVEHEART 2 was originally launched for the U.S. market and cruised the Intercoastal waterways before heading to New Zealand, where her current owners purchased her in 2013. She was sailed across the Tasman Sea to Australia, meeting rigorous safety standards, including full Cat 1 safety equipment.
In 2016, BRAVEHEART 2 underwent an extensive refit at Boat Works in Coomera, Queensland, with over AUD 1 million invested. The work included stripping the hull to bare metal, converting systems to 230VAC, rebuilding the port engine, replacing grey and black water structural tanks, and installing twin Onan 22.5Kva generators, new shafts, and a custom hydraulic platform on the transom to carry a large tender.
With a shallow draft of 1.65m, BRAVEHEART 2 offers easy access to most anchorages, perfect for getting closer to the beach. She’s an economical cruiser with a fuel consumption of just 57 liters per hour combined for both engines and generators, offering a cruising range of approximately 2,000 nautical miles at 10 knots. She also features a SidePowder bow thruster for enhanced maneuverability.
Her exterior lines are purposeful and modern, complemented by a teak cockpit, a protected mezzanine level ideal for all-weather use, and a flybridge with a stainless steel Bimini frame, U-shaped seating around a hi-lo table, and space for additional tenders. The foredeck sunpad and anchor windlass add to her functionality and appeal.
BRAVEHEART 2 boasts an open-plan layout with light beech wood and dark timber accents. The saloon is carpeted and features a bar, large C-shaped sofa, and a dining area with bench seating for six. The galley, finished with granite countertops and a breakfast bar, is both stylish and practical. Accommodation is generous, with four cabins for up to 10 guests.
BRAVEHEART 2 is currently lying in Nongsa Point Marina, Batam—just a short ferry ride from Singapore.
