Northrop & Johnson announces the sale of the 118′ (36.2m) 2023 Ocean King Ducale 120 VAYUS by N&J Yacht Broker Gabriele Modica Ragusa and Stefano Falaschi of Futura Yacht Brokerage acting on behalf of the seller. The buyer was brought by Jason Dunbar from Luke Brown Yachts. This exceptional explorer yacht was designed for luxury and long-range cruising.

Built with a robust steel and aluminum hull, VAYUS boasts expansive living spaces, floor-to-ceiling windows, glass bulwarks, and vast decks, ensuring uninterrupted sea views. An advanced FEM analysis optimized its structure, incorporating concealed supports within compartment walls.

Powered by twin MAN 588kw engines, VAYUS offers a 5,500-nautical-mile range, cruising at 12 knots with a top speed of 14 knots. A 50,000-liter fuel capacity and stabilizers ensure smooth sailing.

Designed by VYD studio, the main salon features expansive windows that open on three sides, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor spaces. The professional galley includes six refrigerators with freezers for extended voyages. A dedicated cinema area on the upper deck can be open-air or enclosed.

VAYUS accommodates 10 guests in five luxurious cabins, including an owner’s suite with panoramic views and a spa-like en-suite. Each guest cabin features premium materials and superior soundproofing. Crew quarters accommodate seven for seamless operations.

Her exterior includes a large aft deck and swimming platform, an upper deck with a salon and cinema projector, and a sundeck with a freshwater Jacuzzi, sunpads, and bar. The foredeck provides additional relaxation areas. A garage houses a 5.65m Williams’ jet tender and a Jet Ski, accessed via a side door.
