Northrop & Johnson is proud to announce the sale of MAGNOLIA ONE by Yacht Broker Deniz Kaymaz. Last asking €3,600,000, this 24m pocket superyacht, built by Magnolia Yachts and delivered in November 2022, embodies a neo-classical design inspired by traditional trawlers.

Crafted with a classic Acajou mahogany hull and dark green accents, her striking exterior and naval architecture by Taka Yacht Design evoke the elegance of yachting’s early days. MAGNOLIA ONE is powered by two Cummins 610HP QSM11 engines, achieving a top speed of 14 knots and a comfortable cruising speed of 12.5 knots.

With a range of 1,800 nautical miles and a shallow draft of 1.6m, she is equally adept at navigating the shallow waters of The Bahamas and the Mediterranean. Her zero-speed stabilizers ensure smooth sailing, and she has very low engine and generator hours.

Her on-deck amenities include a shaded cockpit with U-shaped seating for up to 12, a secondary dining space with an adjacent bar on the sundeck, and an open aft deck perfect for sunbathing and tender storage. The spacious flybridge offers seating for eight and a wet bar, while meticulously maintained teak decking adds to her vintage charm.

MAGNOLIA ONE’s interiors are bright and airy, featuring white satin lacquer and light oak details throughout. The salon, illuminated by large windows and a skylight, offers a welcoming atmosphere. Accommodations include a full-beam master suite with an en-suite bathroom, two guest cabins with en-suite bathrooms, and crew quarters for up to three.
