MARCH/APRIL 2019 SALES ROUND UP

Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce the following seven yacht sales that took place between mid-March and mid-April 2019.

The 158-foot (48m) superyacht CAROLINA was sold by Sales Broker Hank Halsted, who represented the buyer. Built in 1997 by famed Dutch yacht builder Feadship, this pedigreed luxury yacht features naval architecture by De Voogt Naval Architects and exterior design by Guido de Groot. She remains in impeccable condition courtesy of a full 2015 refit.

The 112-foot (34.14m) motor yacht GEORGIA was sold by Sales Brokers Wes Sanford and Kevin Merrigan acting on behalf of the seller. GEORGIA is a 2016 Ocean Alexander. The second hull of the tri-deck series, her spacious layout and impressive interior volume ensure comfort while cruising. The yacht boasts a shallow draft allowing her to cruise anywhere in the world.

In an in-house deal, the 110-foot (33.63m) sailing yacht FIDELITAS was sold by Sales Broker Jochen Brill who acted on behalf of the buyer and seller. FIDELITAS is in immaculate condition thanks to multiple refits throughout her lifetime, which updated her systems and electronics. She has been kept to the highest possible standards.

In another in-house deal, the 108-foot (32.98m) luxury yacht INCONTATTO was sold by Sales Broker Michael Nethersole acting on behalf both buyer and seller. This Benetti luxury yacht features classic Italian styling and a traditional design. Her modern stabilization system ensures total comfort for all aboard.

The sale of a 2018 92-foot Viking Convertible was sold by Sales Brokers Kevin Merrigan and Wes Sanford acting on behalf of the buyer. This enclosed bridge-style luxury yacht is perfectly suited for fishing courtesy of her 238-square-foot cockpit with fighting chair and outdoor galley with grilling station.

Acting on behalf of the buyer, Sales Broker Sébastien Clavé sold a CANADOS 888 EVO. This yacht is hull number 48 from the builder and is set for completion in April 2020. This flybridge motor yacht has a maximum speed of 32 knots and cruises at 27 knots.

Sales Broker Sébastien Clavé also sold the 53-foot (16.12m) ROXY. This perfect day cruiser is sporty with beautiful lines. Built in 2007 by Riva, she is hull number 45 of the iconic Rivale sports cruiser line.
