Northrop & Johnson is thrilled to announce our partnership with Hystream Yachts, a visionary shipyard redefining sustainable luxury with cutting-edge hydrogen-electric propulsion, advanced energy storage, and intelligent automation. With a commitment to energy independence and high-performance design, Hystream Yachts is leading the future of long-range cruising. As part of this collaboration, Kristen Klein of Northrop & Johnson will exclusively represent the revolutionary Hystream HS 80 and Hystream HS 65.

The 82’4” (25.1m) HS 80 is a zero-emission powerhouse, integrating a hydrogen-electric propulsion system, AI-assisted autonomous navigation, and bifacial solar panels for true energy independence. Designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, this catamaran reaches 16 knots and is engineered for ultimate efficiency. The solid-state supercapacitors provide rapid-charge energy storage with an extended lifespan, ensuring long-term reliability. Its compressed carbon fiber hydrogen storage system allows for safe fuel containment, setting a new standard in green energy solutions. On stored hydrogen alone, the HS 80 can travel 234 nautical miles emissions-free, making it a leader in sustainable cruising. The interior features floor-to-ceiling windows, smart LED lighting, and high-end sustainable materials. Accommodations include four guest cabins, each with ensuite baths. The exterior decks are designed for both leisure and efficiency, boasting an expansive flybridge, a spacious aft deck for alfresco dining, and a beach club with swim platform access. Future-proofed with AI-driven automation and energy-independent operation, combined with hydrogen creation onboard and supercapacitor storage, the HS 80 is a new era in yachting.

The 64’ (19.3m) HS 65 is an intelligent, high-efficiency cruiser with a hybrid diesel-electric propulsion system, delivering a 3,500NM range with advanced autonomy. AI-assisted docking, next-gen sonar, and Starlink connectivity ensure a smooth and effortless experience, while its shallow 3’6” (8.04m) draft allows for versatility, from coastal cruising to open-ocean exploration. The yacht’s Raymarine Cyclone Radar & 3D Sonar system enhances safety and precision, while its 70kWh energy storage system ensures reliable and efficient power distribution. The flybridge is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring dual helm seats, forward-facing lounge seating, and a spacious U-shaped guest area. A full-service outdoor bar and grill equipped with a Lynx premium grill, ice machine, and refrigerator create the ultimate alfresco experience. Inside, the open-concept layout includes a fully equipped galley, a comfortable salon with seating for eight, and a dedicated office space. Accommodating eight guests across four cabins, the HS 65 blends high-end amenities with forward-thinking technology.
