Pershing Motor Yacht AMJU Sold by Northrop & Johnson

Northrop & Johnson is proud to announce the sale of the 70-foot (21.44m) Pershing motor yacht AMJU by Yacht Broker Sébastien Clavé, acting on behalf of the buyer.

Sleek, stylish and fast, AMJU is a high-performance motor yacht that was built in 2016. She was delivered to her owner in 2017, which also is her model year. This impressive cruiser has benefitted from very little use since her launch and presents in “as-new” condition. The yacht has a 16-foot (5.06m) beam. She is extremely powerful and fast, offering a 40-knot cruising speed and a 46-knot maximum speed.

Motor yacht AMJU is comfortable and welcoming. Her interior features contemporary styling to the delight of all who step aboard. AMJU was designed to blur the lines between indoor and outdoor. The yacht’s main deck is separated into deck space and interior space by a large sliding glass door that, when opened, creates one large indoor-outdoor living area with unfettered views aft. This is further enhanced by large windows along the sides. Indoors, the yacht features a built-in L-shaped sofa that surrounds a large table where guests can enjoy meals. Further forward is a second L-shaped settee that is positioned next to the helm. The yacht’s modern and stylish galley is located just below the main deck. It is an ideal place to prepare meals. Three guest staterooms are found on the lower deck. These include a full-beam primary stateroom located aft with an en-suite bathroom, a twin stateroom and a VIP stateroom located forward.

The deck spaces of AMJU provide the perfect platform for fun in the sun. The yacht’s bow is outfitted with a large sunpad. It’s the ideal place to see and be seen. The aft deck features alfresco dining and an additional sunpad. It also accesses the yacht’s swim platform.
