Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the sale of the 130’ (39.62m) REBELLIOUS with Yacht Broker Whit Kirtland, acting on behalf of the seller. The yacht was last asking $8,900,000 and was only on the market a month before she sold.
Launched in 2006, REBELLIOUS is hull number 16 of the iconic Westport 130 series, which is known for being owner-friendly, versatile and reliable. REBELLIOUS is in turn-key condition having been regularly maintained and receiving numerous upgrades from 2019 to 2020. During this time, she was updated with new furnishings, soft goods and lighting. Additionally, her electronics were either replaced or updated with the latest software and both her 65 KW Northern Lights generators were totally overhauled and currently have less than 400 hours of use since.
Westport yacht REBELLIOUS features a 6’7” draft, making her ideal for cruising the shallow waters of The Bahamas as well as open ocean voyages. She has a 20-knot cruising speed and a 24-knot top speed.
Having recently been refreshed, the interior of REBELLIOUS looks like new. Warm cherry wood combines with light-colored fabrics, ambient lighting and tasteful décor to create a warm and inviting space. The open plan main salon with formal dining forward creates an ideal set-up for hosting dinner parties. The main salon also has a games table aft, perfect for an afternoon tea or an after-dinner card game. A single-person elevator in the main salon provides easy access to the skylounge. The superyacht’s inviting skylounge is perfect for relaxing and watching a movie. It has ample seating and a full bar as well as a 55” built-in LED 4k flat-screen TV and video system with over 400 DVDs and various games.
REBELLIOUS offers accommodations for up to 10 guests in five elegant staterooms. The yacht features a main deck master suite with a luxurious his-and-hers en-suite bath that is adorned with variegated ivory marble floors, a Whirlpool jet tub and a glass-enclosed shower with dual European multi-head show spray assemblies. The stateroom also has a built-in desk, large walk-in closet and entertainment center. The additional staterooms include two king-bed staterooms and two twin-bed staterooms, that can convert into king beds.
The outdoor living areas aboard REBELLIOUS are phenomenal offering options for alfresco dining and lounging. Her bridge deck aft is notably impressive offering a fully planked teak deck (replaced in 2018) and featuring seating that can accommodate up to 20 guests. The boat deck also has a six-person Jacuzzi and a 55” LED TV on a powered, weather-protected lift. The sundeck is another great space with sensational views, sunbathing, lounging a bar, grill and TV. REBELLIOUS additionally has alfresco dining on the main deck aft and a bar.
