Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the sale of the 65′ (19.8m) Cantiere Pilot SPIRIT OF ALTAIR by Yacht Broker Jaap Havenga, acting on behalf of the buyer and seller.

Launched in 2010, SPIRIT OF ALTAIR features designs by Bill Tripp and was custom-built by Cantiere Pilot Sarl in Italy. Her meticulous build and attractive styling can be seen throughout her interior and exterior spaces. This bluewater sailing yacht was built to CE category A which verifies her ability for ocean sailing in waves exceeding 13’ (4m). SPIRIT OF ALTAIR is a seaworthy sailing yacht that offers an abundance of high-performance features for easy sailing and luxurious comfort, including new sails installed in 2019.

SPIRIT OF ALTAIR showcases a substantial tender garage in the transom and a large swim platform. The sailing yacht’s cockpit provides the perfect space for alfresco dining and lounging, while the forward flush deck welcomes guests to move around freely. SPIRIT OF ALTAIR’s interior spaces are comfortable and functional. The charming, raised salon is perfect for relaxing after a long day on the water, and the surrounding windows flood the space with natural light. The U-shaped sofa and dining area to port invites guests to sit back, relax and enjoy time together. The sailing yacht’s galley is fully-equipped with all the necessary tools for creating delicious meals onboard.

Four cabins make up the accommodations aboard the sailing yacht. The master cabin located forward features a centerline double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Additional arrangements include a forward guest cabin with upper and lower berths and two aft cabins, each with two single beds. Guests can look forward to restful nights onboard, knowing they are in complete comfort.
