Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the in-house sale of the 52′ (15.85m) motor yacht TRANQUILITY by Yacht Broker Tom Corkett, representing the buyer and seller. The yacht was last asking $449,000. 

Built by Tiara in 2001, TRANQUILITY is ideally suited for life on the water. The luxury yacht lives up to her name, delivering guests pure tranquility with comfortable living spaces. From her timeless interior spaces to her exterior ambiance, TRANQUILITY is a beauty to behold. Her original gelcoat has remained untouched, giving her exterior a beautiful shine. On the interior, she features custom teak trim throughout. The yacht’s large U-shaped seating area and table can seat up to six guests for dining or lounging. The galley, situated just opposite the seating area, is spacious and fully equipped with everything required to prepare meals. 

Up to six guests can be comfortably accommodated onboard TRANQUILITY. The motor yacht features a three-stateroom layout, a unique feature for the Tiara 5200 Express Cruiser. The yacht’s accommodations include a forward stateroom with a centerline queen berth, double hanging lockers, a vanity with seating and a bath with a spacious shower. Further accommodations include identical twin-bed cabins that can convert into a double berth. Guests can set sail in complete comfort aboard TRANQUILITY. 

TRANQUILITY offers alfresco spaces for seamless entertainment and dining. The yacht’s pleasant cockpit and seating area encourage guests to unwind and socialize. There is also a bar, refrigerator and icemaker for guests to utilize for their favorite beverage or snack. For those who prefer to take in the beautiful ocean views, a helm with a double seat is conveniently positioned for good sightline.
