The impressive 254′ 11″ (77.7m) Golden Yachts superyacht MALIA, available for charter through Northrop & Johnson, was named Best in Motor 1500+ GT at 2024 ISS Design & Leadership Awards.

The is annual awards ceremony celebrates the finest in superyacht design and innovation, bringing together industry leaders, designers, and yacht enthusiasts from around the globe. Awards are presented at the annual gala, which took place during the 2024 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show and was held at the Broward Center for Performing Arts on Wednesday, October 30. The event highlights the talent and innovation of cutting-edge designs, state-of-the-art technology, and the latest in luxury maritime craftsmanship. This year’s awards honored standout superyachts that exemplify excellence in both aesthetics and functionality, setting new standards for the future of yachting. Alongside the design accolades, the Leadership Awards recognized key figures who have made significant contributions to the superyacht industry, highlighting their vision and dedication to advancing the field. The 2024 edition of the event solidified its reputation as a pinnacle gathering for celebrating creativity, innovation, and leadership in the world of luxury yachts. Awards are given in a number of categories, including Best in Sail, 24-40, Best in Sail, 40m+, Best in Motor <500GT, Best in Motor 1500+ GT, Best Interior, Refit, and Yacht of the Year.

Superyacht MALIA’s honors were received in the Best in Motor 1500+ GT category. The yacht features interior design by Studio Vafiadis and Studio Massari, exterior design by Studio Vafiadis and her naval architect is Nhellas. Malia offers a remarkable cruising experience, effortlessly combining classic elegance with contemporary luxury. The yacht’s sleek and stylish exterior is matched by spacious, beautifully designed interiors that create a harmonious blend of comfort and sophistication. The distinctive interior features showcase the creativity of the Massari design team, bringing a modern European aesthetic to life. Built in 2023, MALIA offers eight staterooms for 12 charter guests. She runs with a professional crew of 21. She cruises the Mediterranean in the summer months as is priced at €750,000 per week, plus expenses.
