Northrop & Johnson is delighted to welcome Aileen Ott as Head of Demand Generation and Brand Experience. Aileen will be based in the Fort Lauderdale office and will oversee all marketing for Northrop & Johnson on the day-to-day under Chief Marketing Officer Patrick Coote.
Aileen is an ambitious and experienced full-time marketer who will shepherd the firm into the digital future. Aileen has more than 20 years of experience leading progressive marketing teams to meet diverse market and industry demands. In addition to her extensive background as a marketer, Aileen has both her MBA and a marketing degree. Her excellent strategic, analytical, financial and consumer insights experience complement her demonstrated achievements in mid-size, start-up and non-profit B2C and B2B organizations. Aileen has worked in a variety of industries, including SaaS, healthcare, retail, education, consumer packaged goods (CPG), fintech and technology.
Aileen has a successful track record of developing GTM-integrated marketing plans that generate demand, leads, conversions and revenue by leveraging digital marketing strategies, data-driven decisions and marketing automation and CRM tools.
As Head of Demand Generation and Brand Experience for Northrop & Johnson, Aileen will focus heavily on N&J’s digital, online marketing and digital client conversions across our channels. Together with the CMO, Aileen will be tasked with developing and implementing a fully cohesive and coordinated approach, uniting our digital efforts and synching them seamlessly with all the aspects of our current marketing mix, including video production, strategic partnerships, communications, events and public relation to ensure digital marketing initiatives for the company keep in step with a customer-centric mindset.
Aileen’s technical acumen and experience managing various marketing technology stacks and customer experience platforms will be great assets in her role. She has worked with many, digital asset management, AI marketing and digital ad platforms and well as sales and marketing alignment tools. Her experience with conversion rate optimization and growth hacking will be significantly beneficial.
Aileen will work hand-in-hand with Northrop & Johnson industry-leading in-house marketing, technology, partnerships and media teams as well as our internal sales and charter retail teams to ensure alignment and cohesion to deliver a high volume of quality marketing-generated leads, leveraging rich professional experience and best practices.
