Technology Success Analyst Andrew Yoder Joins N&J

Northrop & Johnson is delighted to welcome Technology Success Analyst Andrew Yoder to its growing in-house technology team. Andrew is based in the Fort Lauderdale office. He brings to his role a wealth of experience and knowledge both in the business and technology sectors as well as within the yachting industry.

Andrew received his bachelor’s degree in business operations and information systems from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2012. He also received several certificates in Leadership Studies and Technology, Arts and Media. Andrew also was elected President of the student body during his time at the University of Colorado.

Andrew began his career in July 2012 at FactSet Research Systems as an account executive. Andrew then transitioned to life on the water, joining his first yacht in 2014. He spent the subsequent five years working aboard luxury yachts as a crewmember, moving up through the ranks to chief officer. In 2020, Andrew made the move to a shore-based position at Wright Maritime Group as the Business Relations Manager. In this role, Andrew assisted with the management of large, high-profile yachts, handling ISM compliance, human resources and accounting as well as general consulting services. He also initiated and implemented the Microsoft Dynamics365 platform for the business relations office and integrated the system to best suit the company’s needs.

Andrew’s business background and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics365, including implementation and administration experience, provide him with the skills needed for his role as Technology Success Analyst. Additionally, his years of experience as a crewmember working aboard luxury yachts provide him with the insight needed to utilize these systems to their highest potential for a yacht brokerage firm. Andrew is a dedicated, motivated team player with a positive attitude. His drive to succeed and willingness to do whatever it takes will benefit Northrop & Johnson’s team and clients.
