BERTH RATE SPECIAL AT PORTO MIRABELLO THROUGH MAY 2015

A 40-meter berth and a 50-meter berth are available for a special 20-percent discount for the concession of 30 years. This promotion is valid until May 31, 2015. 

The first berth is 40-by-9 meters. It is situated on Quay  A, near the shops and restaurants. Berth N° 2, is priced for a 30-year-lease at €2,150,000, plus VAT at 22 percent. Price for lease ending in the year 2067 is € 3,000,000, plus VAT at 22 percent. The price of this berth includes two parking spaces. 

The second berth is 50-by-11 meters. It is situated on Quay N, which is situated on the outside of the port, looking out to sea. Berth N° 1 is priced for a 30-year lease at €2,800,000, plus VAT at 22 percent. The price for lease ending in the year 2067 is €3,600,000, plus VAT at 22 percent. The price of this berth includes two parking spaces.
