Charline is an exemplary charter manager specializing in yachts in the 50-meter-plus range around the world. Thanks to her extensive marketing background, her strong knowledge of the yachting industry and her vast network of industry connections, Charline is ideally suited for her role at Northrop & Johnson.

Charline Francis originally hails from Canada. She has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and entrepreneurial management. Prior to her yachting career, she worked in marketing, events and strategic operations in Canada and the South of France. She is dedicated, detail oriented and a team player. Charline speaks fluent English and French.
