CHARTER MANAGER NICOLAS FRY JOINS NORTHROP & JOHNSON

Nicolas brings ample yachting experience, having been an owner’s rep, charter broker, yacht manager, crew manager, steward/deckhand and a charter manager. The more Nicolas worked with captains, the more he felt the need to get on board to learn about life at sea. He spent six months studying to obtain his captain’s license. Then, he decided to work as crew. In 2012, he joined a sailing yacht as a steward for the Med charter season. This experience allowed Nicolas first-hand insight on yachting, both as a manager and a crewmember.

In 2013, Nicolas joined Camper & Nicholsons International. He managed a large fleet of classic and modern yachts, and helped add yachts for sale, charter and management to the fleet. Now as a charter manager at Northrop & Johnson, Nicolas has an expansive network of industry professionals, a wide experience in charter and the personal drive to ensure the yachts under his management are the most-sought-after on the market. He brings to the team new ideas, a breath of creativity and fun.
