Northrop & Johnson is excited to welcome Dustin Caromano to its team as Head of Digital, Lead Generation and Content. Dustin is based out of Northrop & Johnson’s office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
In Dustin’s role, he will be responsible for strategizing and implementing a variety of innovative marketing strategies across N&J’s digital channels. He is passionate about digital marketing, and dedicated to staying at the forefront of industry trends. With a commitment to exceptional client experiences, Dustin seeks to challenge conventions while preserving Northrop & Johnson’s core values.
Originally from the Midwest, Dustin relocated to Orlando, Florida over a decade ago to advance his career. This move led him to meet his fiancé, who later convinced him to make the transition to South Florida, where winters are a stark departure from his Indiana roots.
Dustin brings over 15 years of digital marketing expertise to this role, with a strong focus on the luxury travel sector. His background includes leadership roles at Hilton Worldwide, where he redefined eCommerce and marketing for a portfolio spanning 220 assets across 13 iconic brands. In his most recent position, Dustin led a global team, successfully driving direct channel share and commercial performance for prestigious global brands. Dustin’s professional ethos is rooted in fostering collaboration and dismantling departmental silos.
Embarking on a new chapter with N&J, Dustin’s mission is to understand the customer’s voice, ensuring digital strategies surpass expectations.
