Ivana Novakovic Joins N&J as Crew Services Agent

Northrop & Johnson is excited to welcome Ivana Novakovic to its team as Crew Services Agent. Ivana will be based out of Northrop & Johnson’s office in Antibes, France, working alongside Louisa Gallimore to expand its crew recruitment operation.

In her role as Crew Services Agent, Ivana will be responsible for the growth of the crew department across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Her dedication is driven by her love for engaging with crew members, particularly those new to the yachting world.

Born and raised in Rijeka, Croatia, Ivana’s journey into the yachting industry began when a temporary opportunity on a yacht emerged. She left her office job behind and entered the world of yachting, setting a course for a remarkable 10+ year career.
