A seasoned professional with a deep-rooted passion for the yachting industry, Janine’s return to Northrop & Johnson marks a significant milestone in her career and underscores the company’s ongoing commitment to excellence.

In her role, Janine will oversee key aspects of content creation across the company’s digital platforms, including the website, corporate communications, and press materials. She will collaborate in organizing and executing corporate events, ranging from exclusive luxury gatherings to high-profile boat shows. With her experience and vision, N&J’s dedicated team of content and marketing experts will continue to craft compelling narratives and create unforgettable experiences that resonate with Northrop & Johnson’s clients, brokers, and staff.

Janine’s journey began in Philadelphia, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Magazine Journalism from Temple University. She first entered the yachting industry as an assistant editor at Dockwalk Magazine, quickly rising to associate editor/web editor over seven years. Her initial tenure with Northrop & Johnson began in 2014, where she played a pivotal role in the early stages of the company’s marketing department. Over the years, she advanced from PR & communications associate to marketing & communications manager, contributing significantly to the company’s growth.

After exploring new opportunities, Janine has now returned to Northrop & Johnson, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a renewed passion for the brand. Her return is more than just a professional move—it’s a homecoming to a company she has helped shape and a team she considers family.

Looking ahead, Janine is eager to continue pushing the boundaries of what Northrop & Johnson can achieve. She is committed to further strengthening the brand, mentoring the team, and expanding her expertise in both the yachting and marketing industries.

Outside the office, Janine balances her time with her family, including her husband and two daughters.
