LUCIE FOX JOINS N&J AS CREW SERVICES ASSOCIATE

Lucie is originally from the UK. After receiving her Associate of Arts degree, she began her career in a talent agency. From there, she worked as an executive assistant for various companies before leaving to pursue a career on the water as a crewmember on yachts. From 2005 to 2007, Lucie worked as a deckhand and dive instructor on luxury yachts in Southeast Asia.

Lucie then moved ashore and began work as an estate manager for ultra high net worth individuals in the South of France. Lucie’s love of the yachting industry drew her back and she then moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to work as a crew consultant for The Crew Network where she provided crew recruitment and placement services to commercially registered and private yachts.

Lucie’s extensive yachting industry knowledge, garnered from working on yachts and on land, as well as her experience working with ultra high net worth individuals in addition to her comprehensive skills acquired as her time as an executive assistant ensure she is an asset to the Northrop & Johnson team. Her sunny disposition and impressive interpersonal skills allow her to find the ideal crew candidates for yachts. Lucie is based in the Fort Lauderdale office.
