MARIA GIOVANNIELLO PROMOTED TO DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & HR

Northrop & Johnson congratulates Maria E. Giovanniello on her promotion to Director of Finance & HR.

Maria began her career with Northrop & Johnson in December 2013 as Financial Controller. After almost five years of commitment and success within the company, she has been promoted to Director of Finance & HR, overseeing all of N&J’s finance and accounting operations globally.

Prior to working at Northrop & Johnson, Maria worked at Nature’s Products, Inc., (NPI) a vitamin manufacturer in Sunrise with annual revenues of over $100 Million. She lead the Accounting department overseeing a team of ten, while also being responsible for the consolidated financial statements consisting of five global companies. During her time at NPI, she also led the Company audits and was an integral part of two major acquisitions for the firm.

Prior to NPI, Maria headed the Finance department at Bupa Insurance Company, formerly known as Amedex Insurance Company located in Miami.  Maria was one of the key individuals throughout the sale and merger and oversaw various initiatives for Bupa, with annual revenues exceeding $75 Million.

She has more than 20 years of accounting experience as well as a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting.

Maria is driven, dedicated and passionate about her position with Northrop & Johnson. She continuously goes the extra mile and provides top support for all brokers and staff.  Maria is thrilled about this opportunity and is eager to take on this new role.
