NICOLE DU TOIT-POPE PROMOTED TO CHARTER MANAGER

Nicole offers an exceptional skill set and invaluable industry experience. Coming from a diplomat family, she lived in Germany and Slovakia, traveling extensively with her family before eventually moving to her home country of South Africa.

After graduating from the University of Stellenbosch in 2012, Nicole began her career in the hospitality industry by working on Ernie Els’ winery.

In 2014, she transitioned into yachting as a stewardess on board the 164-foot (50m) Trinity charter yacht ZOOM ZOOM ZOOM and moved up the ranks from there. Nicole spent over three years aboard several yachts, where she cruised the Mediterranean, covering a majority of the Greek Islands, as well as the Bay of Kotor, Montenegro, Sicily, South of France, Corsica and Sardinia. Locally, Nicole has made many trips to The Bahamas, Turks & Caicos and Mexico.

During her time as crew, Nicole honed her time management skills and developed a keen focus and dedication to her tasks. Nicole started with Northrop and Johnson as an assistant to our stellar charter management and charter retail teams. She is able to work well both independently and as part of a team. The industry experience and organizational skills Nicole garnered during her time working on yachts continue to prove instrumental as she continues to grow her career as a Charter Manager.
