Northrop & Johnson Named the 2021 South Florida Business Journal Best Place to Work in the Medium Company Category
Northrop & Johnson, the leader in luxury yachting and lifestyle, was ranked first in the Medium-sized Company category in South Florida Business Journal’s 2021 Best Places to Work Awards.
One of the most coveted honors a South Florida-based business can receive, South Florida Business Journal’s annual Best Places to Work Awards recognize the region’s leading employers. Companies are nominated and scored based on the results of an employee survey that evaluates factors including communication and resources, personal engagement, team dynamics and trust in leadership. Companies are then ranked in small, medium and large categories based on their number of employees.
