The local managers in China include Jin Hai Shen, Pan Jian and Ericka Duan. In addition to the market introduction of imported yachts in China, the initial goal of the China office is to facilitate the growth of the charter market in Asia. This will be done through a charter-to-buy initiative. Furthermore, Northrop & Johnson’s China office aims to aid Chinese shipyards in establishing links with the international yachting market.
