Northrop & Johnson is delighted to welcome a new sales broker, charter broker and charter broker/manager to its European teams.

Caroline Antlett joins our Palma office as a Charter Broker/Manager with a wealth of yachting experience. She is a graduate of Oxford University and Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Leaving behind the city life in 2006, Caroline joined yachting as a chef. After seven years she came shoreside and has worked in yacht management and business development for a superyacht law firm. Sophie Aubertin has joined the Antibes team as a Charter Broker. With over 16 years in the industry, Sophie brings a wealth of experience and knowledge as a charter broker. She loves creating dream yacht charters for her clients where she seeks in securing the best and most interesting yacht deals on the market for each client. Richard Callender joins the N&J Antibes team as a MYBA- accredited superyacht sales broker. Growing up next to the Sailing Club in Chichester Harbour in England, Richard has been on, in and around boats his whole life. He studied Maritime Business at Solent University, where he became heavily involved in the yacht racing circuit and then became a yacht delivery skipper for a Danish new construction shipyard. For the past 13 years, Richard has worked in various areas of the industry including yacht brokerage, crew training and recruitment and media. To contact Richard, click here.
