SALES BROKER SÉBASTIEN CLAVÉ JOINS NORTHROP & JOHNSON

Sébastien was born in and raised in Normandy, France. After his A-levels, Sébastien graduated from university with a mechanical engineering degree then he went on to receive a masters’ degree from the International Business School of Le Havre.

In 2005, after two years in the motor trade business, Sébastien decided it was time for a career change. He found the world of yachting and immediately felt comfortable and passionate about it; he joined ABYS Yachting company (an exclusive Pershing, Ferretti and Custom Line dealer) as a sales broker. After only one year with the company in the head office in Antibes, he was tasked with opening the Monaco branch, where he worked as the manager and a sales broker.

In July 2018, Sébastien joined the Northrop & Johnson Monaco team. With more than 10 years in the yachting industry as a Sales Broker, Sébastien has worked with a multitude of clients throughout his career, brokering deals, working on new construction yachts, handling flag-state regulations and much more. His strong expertise in all aspects of the yachting business, with multiple deals to his credit, make him an excellent addition to the N&J team.

Sébastien is genuinely passionate about the yachting industry; he loves living and working in Monaco and is a member of several yachting organizations in the area — including Young Professionals in Yachting Monaco, in which he is dedicated to helping the younger generations advance themselves within the yachting industry.
