Northrop & Johnson is excited to welcome Severine Charlet to its team as Global Marketing Director. Severine will split her time between Northrop & Johnson’s global headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and the flagship office in Monaco.
In her new role, Severine will lead the development of all Marketing divisions, primarily focusing on driving growth, increasing brand awareness, executing both online and offline marketing campaigns and establishing the core marketing strategy to achieve the company’s objectives. Her goal is to infuse fresh perspectives and innovative ideas into business operations, leveraging her experience in various sectors of the luxury industry.
Severine was born and raised in France but relocated to the US in 2014. She joins N&J with more than 15 years of experience in the luxury sector, specifically in cosmetics, fragrances and Swiss luxury watches. Before joining N&J, Severine spent three years as Communications and Marketing Director Americas, for Ulysse Nardin. While in that role, she successfully grew brand awareness by implementing effective brand strategies and customized marketing plans. Throughout her career, she has held positions at renowned luxury groups such as Kering, LVMH, Clarins and Shiseido, where she managed prominent brands for both local and travel retail markets. Her extensive experience in marketing and commercial roles has allowed her to thrive in the fast-paced international work environment. She holds a master’s degree in International Business, Specialization Luxury Brand Management, from the INSEEC in Paris, France.
Severine looks forward to shaping N&J’s marketing strategy to respond to continued innovations and new market trends through the acceleration of digitalization while building upon N&J’s strong brand identity, creating immersive marketing campaigns and enriching sustainability initiatives that increasingly resonate with clients.
