We are looking for a Yacht Accounts Assistant to provide support and assistance to our accounts team. The role offers the opportunity to a candidate looking for a step into the Yachting industry preferably with a numerical mind and excellent organisation skills. A friendly personality ready to learn and experience a new profession would make you the ideal candidate.

Responsibilities

•            Support Yacht Accountants with administration tasks

•            Entering credit card expenditures into the system for both APA and yacht expenses

•            Bank reconciliation

•            Payment of invoices

•            Verification of bank details to avoid fraudulent payments

•            Assisting Accounts with verifying cash receipts

•            Assistance with organizing and improving current systems

•            Covering for yacht accountants during leave following the required training

•            Uploading documents into manage My Vessel

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Numerical Mind

Enjoys working in an account focused environment

Must be legally authorised to work in France
