My Present Hello! I’m Lauren Littlejohn Sergey, a Charter Manager for Northrop & Johnson. I’ve spent my whole life in and around the yachting industry. In 2018 I made the transition to Charter and have since accrued years of experience working in charter support and management. My role serves hand-in-hand with our Global Charter Director to streamline the charter marketing experience offered at N&J. I’m detail-oriented, organized and have a need to please, meaning my services are unparalleled. I’m a member of the International Yacht Brokers Association (IYBA), The International Superyacht Society (ISS) and a Past Board Member for the US chapter of Young Professionals in Yachting (YPY, 2020-2025).
My Past I’ve always been drawn to the water. I grew up in South Florida, where my father served as yacht Captain. I spent my summers aboard with him throughout the Great Lakes, Bahamas, and Florida. I graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Theater with an emphasis in hair and makeup. Want a handmade wig, old age makeup or blood and guts? I’m your girl! Before making the transition to Charter, I worked as the Sales Manager at Liquid Yacht Wear, traveling to charter and yacht shows around the globe to meet clients and form lasting relationships.
My Future My goals is to continue expanding N&J’s incredible charter fleet, traveling abroad, and learning more of the charter destinations offered both on and off the beaten paths. I see myself continuing to pursue knowledge and staying active in the industry to effectively support owners and crew in charter.

My Outside-office Life My life’s always on the go—and I wouldn’t have it any other way! Outside the office, I’m soaking up every new adventure with my young son and husband, spending time with our tight-knit families, and jumping at any chance to explore new destinations. A true Floridian at heart, you’ll often find us beachside, poolside, or cruising the ICW. When it’s time to unwind, there’s nothing better than a good book or listening to a podcast while walking the beach.
Fast Facts I have a Bachelor’s degree in Theater and can do wonders with special effects makeup You will find me driving down I-95 with show tunes blaring I have a knack for getting people, even strangers, to hand me their babies I am a fifth-generation Floridian and don’t have any plans to leave
