I am delighted to be a part of the highly skilled and experienced Charter Marketing Team at Northrop & Johnson. My primary responsibilities include overseeing and optimizing the booking schedules for the European Charter Fleet, collaborating closely with yacht owners, their representatives, captains, and retail charter brokers to ensure the delivery of exceptional yachting experiences on my fleet. One of my favorite aspects of my job is the opportunity to interact with yacht crew members. I hold them in high regard, as they are integral to the success of every yacht charter. It’s truly remarkable to meet such diverse and talented individuals who contribute so much to the experience aboard these stunning vessels.
My Past
I am the second of six siblings, born in Cambridgeshire to an English mother and an American father. Growing up, we travelled extensively throughout Europe, which exposed me to various cultures and languages. My humble beginnings instilled in me a strong work ethic and a drive to aim high. Originally from England, I moved to Antibes in 1996, where I was first introduced to the yachting industry. At that time, I worked as a travel agent specializing in international airline travel for yacht crew, assisting them in reaching destinations worldwide, whether joining their vessels or returning home for annual leave.
Drawn to the diversity and uniqueness of the industry, I transitioned into retail charter brokerage with a boutique yacht company on the French Riviera. With over two decades of experience in retail charter, I was thrilled to embrace a new challenge in 2023 by joining Northrop & Johnson's growing European Charter Management Division. My previous experience as a retail charter broker has provided me with valuable insight into what brokers need to effectively promote our vessels to their clients.

My Outside-office Life
When I am not working, my focus is on my family and doing the best possible job to raise my daughter and teach her wholesome values and respect for others. For those who are familiar with the French Riviera, you will know that we are fortunate enough to have the sea and the mountains on our doorstep, so there are endless opportunities to enjoy nature and the outdoors. Whether it’s hiking in the Esterel, skiing in the Alps or soaking up the sea and sun, there is so much to do and I feel truly blessed to live where I do.
