My Present
Hello, I’m Aileen Ott, Head of Demand Generation & Brand Experience for Northrop & Johnson.
I am responsible for developing and implementing strategic and integrated digital marketing initiatives for the company with a customer-centric and data-driven mindset. I manage a cross-functional team to identify and reach desired target audiences and deliver quality leads to our organization via all channels and marketing touchpoints.
It is my mission to deliver 360-degree campaigns ensuring that all elements of our marketing activity, both digital and non-digital, are integrated and harmonized to support the organization and to deliver an extraordinary experience to our clients.
My Past
I grew up in western New York near Lake Ontario. As the daughter of two teachers, I knew at an early age the value of an education. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Rochester Institute of Technology and my MBA in Finance from Binghamton University. I will forever be a lifelong learner and continue to invest in my education through certifications, seminars, workshops and more.
Throughout my career, I progressed through various marketing management roles supporting both B2B and B2C organizations across a variety of industries including automotive, health care, high-tech and software.
I am thrilled to now be part of such a prodigious industry as yachting and love my NoJo moniker.
My Future
I try to live in the “now” and to be present in every moment of my life. My main goal is to be the best version of myself every day – my future self will thank me!

My Outside-office Life
I married my college sweetheart and love the incredible journey we’ve been on together. I adore animals and have two furry kids named Winnie and Cooper – the cutest mini-Persians on the planet.
