My Present Hi, my name is Bianca Robertson. I am a sales assistant to some of the best Yacht Brokers in the industry.
My Past I was born on the West Coast of South Africa, where I joined my grandfather and father on their fishing trips. As a kid, I tagged along with my father's excursions that showcased his combined passion for photography, art, yachts and the ocean.
I attended the University of Stellenbosch, in Stellenbosch, South Africa, a quaint student town in the heart of wine country, 25 miles from Cape Town. I obtained a Bachelor of Economic Science majoring in Business Economics & Industrial Psychology. Shortly thereafter I pursued a career in the Wine Industry of South Africa, from marketing to purchasing to exports. In 2001, I visited the States, and in 2004 made Fort Lauderdale my permanent home.
I worked hands-on, for a year, in the refit process of a 110' M/Y and was hooked on yachting! In 2005, I was promoted to managing the vessel. After a small tenure at Shadow Marine, I decided to join Northrop & Johnson.
My Motto Less talk more action.
My Outside-office Life While I love assisting people with realizing their nautical dreams, when I am not working, I am volunteering. With so many animals living on the street and in shelters in Broward County, the need to control pet overpopulation via sterilization is great. My focus is TNVR (Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate and Return of feral/stray/community cats).
